Emotional wellbeing/ SEMH needs at home
Trafford children and young people can now benefit from a Children and Young People’s Interim Mental Health offer delivered by the Barnardo’s MyTime Trafford service. The offer is open to children aged 5 to 13 years with mild to moderate emotional difficulties.Barnardo’s provide services that will support children and young people who live in Trafford to grow up with healthy minds, feel confident and resilient and fulfil their potential.Support will be provided through small therapeutic groups delivered across the borough with access to individual counselling available in exceptional circumstances. Children can be referred by their GP or school.
Trafford Directory | T-Thrive (Trafford Thrive)
Trafford Thrive is the main source of initial support for social emotional and mental health support for children and young people in Trafford. They offer short-term, low-level intervention for children aged 5-18 (aged 25 for children with an EHCP) who are seeking advice & guidance and help with their emotional well-being. Parents can self -refer, or children can be referred by their GP or school.
