At Brooklands, we understand that anxiety can be a significant challenge for our children. Our goal is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, understood and valued. This section is dedicated to providing resources, tips and guidance to help both children and parents navigate the complexities of anxiety. As a school, the children are now becoming more confident at using the language of Zones of Regulation to describe the emotions they are feeling, why they are feeling these and how they can manage them. Whether it is through helpful articles, calming activities, or access to professional support, in the both this section and the Zones section, we are here to ensure that every child has the tools they need to thrive emotionally and academically. Together, we can make a positive difference to the lives of our children.
